Rice gratin with turkey minced meat and green beans in Béchamel sauce
| jasmine rice 200 g |
| boiling water 400 ml |
| turkey thigh stuffing 700 g |
| onion 120 g |
| garlic 3 cloves |
| green beans 300 g |
| Béchamel sauce 400 g |
| hard cheese 200 g |
| vegetable oil 60 ml |
| butter 50 g |

| salt |

Step 1
Pour boiling water over the rice, salt and boil until tender.
Step 2
Fry the beans with chopped onion and garlic in vegetable oil.
Step 3
Separately fry minced meat until cooked. Add to it half of the butter, vegetables, salt and spices. Stir.
Step 4
In a mold greased with butter, place rice, then minced meat and vegetables.
Step 5
Fill with béchamel sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 6
Bake the gratin at 200 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
