Hearty pancakes with veal and caramelized onions with balsamic syrup
veal batter 300 g |

CARAMELIZED ONIONS: |
white onion 200 g |
honey 50 g |
olive oil 15 g |
BALSAMIC SYRUP: |
black balsamic vinegar 100 ml |
sugar 100 g |
Step 1
Prepare the caramelized onions. Cut the onions into slices and divide into segments. Drizzle with olive oil and honey. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
Step 2
Prepare the syrup. Mix the balsamic bite with the sugar in a saucepan and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Prepare the stuffing. Wash the veal, pat dry with a paper towel, and season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Fry in vegetable oil for two minutes on each side. Let the meat rest for 5 minutes, then slice into slices.
Step 4
Stuff the pancakes with the meat and onion, wrap in an envelope, drizzle with balsamic syrup and serve.
