Spicy and appetizing pork roll stuffed with cranberries and dried apples

dried cranberries 120 g |
apple cider 200 ml |
apple cider vinegar 120 ml |
onions 120 g |
ginger root (grated) 25 g |
sugar 120 g |
grain mustard 20 g |

Step 1
Combine the cider, vinegar, chopped onion, cranberries, apples, ginger and sugar in a saucepan. Cook for 20-25 minutes, then strain.
Step 2
Grind the apples, cranberries and onions in a blender and triple evaporate the broth.
Step 3
Spread the meat for the roll, salt, pepper and smear with mustard.
Step 4
Spread the apple mixture over the whole area, roll the meat into a roll, tie with twine, brush with butter, pepper and bake for 30 minutes at 190℃.
