Juicy marinated pork ham baked in cranberry glaze

MARINADE: |
apple juice 700 ml |
lemon zest 1 pc |
garlic 6 cloves |
rosemary 5 g |
thyme 5 g |

GLAZURA: |
cranberries 150 g |
orange juice 150 ml |
lemon zest 1/2 pc |
cornstarch 10 g |
salt to taste |

Step 1
Combine all the ingredients for the marinade and simmer for 15 minutes. Then strain and allow it to cool.
Step 2
Combine all the ingredients for the glaze in the bowl of a blender, beat until smooth. Then strain through a sieve and cook until the mixture thickens slightly.
Step 3
Rub the meat with black pepper, salt, vegetable oil, paprika and dried garlic, brush with the marinade and bake at 180 degrees for 1.5 hours.
Step 4
