Amazing turkey rolls with vegetables, ham and cheese
| turkey fillet 0.5 kg |
| ham 80 g |
| hard cheese 80 g |
| mushrooms 150 g |
| celery stalk 50 g |
| onion 70 g |
| garlic 2 cloves |
| butter 60 g |
| olive oil 20 ml |
| white dry wine 50 ml |
| TO TASTE: |
| salt |
| black pepper |
| thyme |
| paprika |
Step 1
Chop the mushrooms, garlic, onion and celery stalk. Fry in butter. Season with thyme, salt and black pepper. Pour in the wine and evaporate.
Step 2
Butterfly each fillet, baste to a thickness of 3-4 mm. Season with salt and pepper, place the ham, cheese and mushrooms with vegetables on top. Roll up the rolls, tie them with twine and put them in a ceramic mold.
Step 3
Brush with olive oil, salt, sprinkle with paprika and bake at 180° for 25-30 minutes. Bon appetit!
