Ingredients


Wheat flour 300 g
Cane sugar 100 g
Milk 120 ml
Egg 1 pc
Vegetable oil 50 ml
Apples 2-3 pcs
Baking powder 1 tsp.
Salt 1 g
Muffin molds 6 pcs

Instructions


Step 1

Peel the apples and cut into small chunks.

Step 2

Sift the flour and mix with the baking powder and sugar. Beat the egg thoroughly, adding vegetable oil and milk. Then mix the dry ingredients with the liquid ingredients and add the apples. In this way the dough will turn out quite thick.

Step 3

Place the dough in the molds and put in the oven, heated to 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Check the readiness with a wooden toothpick: if there is still dough on the toothpick, it means that the pie needs to be kept in the oven for a while, but if the toothpick is dry, the pie is ready.
