powdered sugar 150 g |
melted butter (beurre noisette) 100 g |

Step 1
Grind the almonds in a blender, combine with the wheat flour and powdered sugar. Mix with the whipped egg whites. Add the melted butter (beurre noisette) and mix until smooth.
Step 2
Grease molds with butter, fill 2/3 full with dough. Bake the cookies for 15 minutes at 200℃, then reduce the temperature to 160℃ and bake for another 12 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool and serve. Enjoy.
