Today we offer you a recipe for arugula soup - a plant with a kind of spicy flavor, which grows in the Mediterranean and is used in Turkish cuisine in salads, as well as a vegetable addition to meat dishes and pastas.

| onion 1 pc |
| cream 200 ml |
| chicken broth 3-4 tbsp. |
| lemon juice 1 tsp. |
| vegetable oil 1/2 tbsp. |
| salt |
| black pepper |
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and fry it in oil.
Step 2
Wash the arugula leaves and chop finely, reserving a small portion to sprinkle over the soup when serving.
Step 3
Add the herbs to the pot and fry together with the onion.
Step 4
Then add lemon juice, chicken broth and cream, salt, pepper and simmer until ready.
Step 5
Finally, whip the soup with a blender.
Step 6
When serving, decorate with finely chopped arugula greens. Bon appetit!
