Step 1
Boil potatoes until soft, cool and dice.
Step 2
Cut sausages and cucumbers into rings.
Step 3
Marinade onions. To do this, cut it in half-rings, put it in a bowl, pour apple cider vinegar mixed with water. Marinate the onions for 5-7 minutes, then drain the liquid.
Step 4
Add the marinated onions, herbs and mustard to the salad, pour in the oil. Stir.
Step 5
Add salt and garlic cut into thin slices. Stir again.
Step 6
Let stand in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
