Gorgonzola cheese 80 g |
Parmesan cheese 30 g |
Brie cheese to taste |
10% cream 4 tbsp. |

Step 1
Boil the pasta in salted water.
Step 2
Grate the mozzarella and Gorgonzola on a medium grater, shred the arugula.
Step 3
Heat the cream, add the mozzarella and Gorgonzola. Stir until cheese is melted. Add salt and spices to taste.
Step 4
Mix the pasta with the sauce, garnish with arugula, nuts and a piece of Brie cheese.
