Holiday potato pie with chicken, mozzarella and mushrooms.

mozzarella cheese 120 g |
mushrooms 300 g |
butter 80 g |
cream (20%) 250 ml |
puff pastry 250 g |
wheat flour 10 g |
green onion 20 g |

Step 1
Cut the potatoes into thin slices. Season with salt, black pepper, thyme, dried garlic and paprika. Pour in the cream and stir.
Step 2
Prepare the filling. Fry the chopped mushrooms in butter until half cooked. Grind the chicken meat on a meat grinder and add to the mushrooms. Fry, stirring occasionally, for 8-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Chop green onions, grate cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Grease a deep heatproof bowl with oil, overlap the potatoes all over its inner surface, then put cheese, green onions and potatoes in layers. Alternate layers until you run out of ingredients. Before placing the last layer of potatoes, pour the cream into the bowl.
Step 4
Dust the table with flour, roll out the dough, cut out a circle to the diameter of the bowl and cover the contents. Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 1.5 hours. Bon appetit.
