Step 1
Peel, dice and stew the pumpkin in a small amount of water (200 ml).
Step 2
Heat the cream separately, add the melted feta and grind with a blender to a purée.
Step 3
Toast the baguette.
Step 4
Serve garnished with pumpkin seeds, feta pieces and croutons.
