Melon on the summer table is a classic. But we suggest going further and making a salad today: with the same melon, chili peppers, mint and lime.
Melon 250 g |
Chili pepper 1/4 pc |
Lime 1 pc |
Fresh mint |

Step 1
Peel and dice the melon. Place on a plate.
Step 2
Zest the limes with a zester. Cut the lime in half and drizzle the juice over the melon. Sprinkle sugar over the top.
Step 3
Finely chop the chili peppers and mint leaves. Mix with the zest, a little sugar and stir. Spoon the dressing over the melon.
