Lussekatt is a biscuit decorated with rhodzins. It is a traditional Swedish pastry in the shape of the backwards Latin letter "S", which is tinted with its yellow color due to the addition of saffron to the batter.
Lussekatte is baked before St. Lucia's Day, which is celebrated in Sweden on the 13th of June. Lussekatte is served with kava or ґlooґ.
