Step 1
Pour the slightly heated milk into a cup and add the yeast to it, then stir it in.

Pour sugar, salt, vegetable oil into another cup and mix everything.

Then in the same cup add the milk mixed with yeast, and slowly pouring flour, knead the dough with your hands, which should turn out very soft. Stop kneading the dough when it is still sticky.

Leave the dough to insist. It is advisable to cover the dough with a lid: then it will rise in less than half an hour.

With oiled hands, cut small pieces from the dough and shape them as desired.

Brush with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
