Soft and delicious braided poppyseed and walnuts.

| warm milk 60 ml |
| melted butter 50 g |
| dry yeast 5 g |

| FILLING: |
| poppy seeds 200 g |
| roasted walnuts 70 g |
| milk 130 ml |
| sugar 50 g |
| vanilla sugar 20 g |
Step 1
Mix the washed and chopped poppy seeds with the milk, sugar and vanilla sugar. Cook until the milk has boiled away, then allow to cool.
Step 2
Mix 100 grams of sifted flour with the yeast, 10 grams of sugar and milk. Cover and leave in a warm place for 20-25 minutes.
Step 3
Then combine with the sifted flour, add 2 eggs, salt, remaining sugar and butter. Knead the dough, cover with foil and leave in a warm place for 1.5-2 hours.
Step 4
Then dust it with flour, knead and divide into 6 pieces. Roll each piece of dough into a rectangle, place the poppyseed filling and chopped nuts on it, roll up into a tight roll.
Step 5
After cutting the roll in half, weave the halves together, roll up in a spiral, secure the ends. Brush the braided rolls with egg and leave in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Then bake for 30 minutes at 180℃. Enjoy.
