King prawns in crispy breading is always delicious! We also added almond flakes to our breading, which made the dish even tastier! These shrimps are best served with spicy-sweet Thai sauce and cilantro.

king prawns 7 pcs
almond petals 100 g
egg 1 pc
flour
ice cubes
vegetable oil
salt
Thai sauce
cilantro

Instructions


Step 1

Peel the shrimp from the shell, leaving the tails on. Carefully remove the vein on the back.

Step 2

Prepare the batter by beating the egg with the flour, a little cold water and ice cubes. Salt to taste.

Step 3

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Dip the shrimp first in the batter and then coat in coconut tortillas. Fry in hot oil until golden.

Step 4

Serve with Thai sauce and cilantro.
