If you have ever been to Spain, you are sure to have tried paella. If you haven't, we suggest you make it with us, but not according to the traditional recipe, but a simplified version. And if in Spain it is considered classic to add at least 7 kinds of fish and seafood, today we limited ourselves to only northern shrimps. But it turned out very tasty!
Rice 400 g |
King prawns 8 pcs |
Yellow bell pepper 1 pc |
Frozen green peas 100 g |
Turmeric |
Salt |
White pepper |
For bread: |
Flour 400 g |
Yeast 10 g |
Milk 100 ml |
Honey 15 g |
Olive oil |
Water 2-3 tbsp. |
White and black sesame |
Step 1
Boil the rice slightly and put it in the tagine. Add the frozen green peas, season with turmeric and pour in 300-350 ml of water. Season with salt and white pepper and stir.
Step 2
Place unpeeled shrimp on the rice and whole bell peppers in the center. Cover the tagine with a lid and cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 C.
Step 3
Knead the dough in the bread maker, laying out all the ingredients. Form small loaves, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place on a pizza stone and bake for 15 minutes at 170 C.
Step 4
Serve the paella together with the bread.
