Step 1
Peel the shrimp, leaving the tails on.
Step 2
Cut the sheet dough into squares.
Step 3
Wrap the shrimp in the dough and fry in heated oil. Place on a paper towel to get rid of any excess fat.
Step 4
Pour the Thai sauce into a saucepan, add the water and sugar. Stir and boil until thickened.
