Favorite barbecue recipes. A great option for a large group of friends — Buffalo wings (Buffalo) in a marinade with cheese sauce.
Ingredients
| FOR MARINADE: |
| tomato paste |
| soy sauce |
| honey |
| tabasco sauce |
| garlic |
| paprika 1 tsp. |
| flour 1 tbsp. |
| salt |
| pepper |
| disposable bag |
| FOR THE SAUCE: |
| mayonnaise |
| blue cheese |
| hard cheese |
Instructions
Step 1
Place all ingredients for the marinade in a bag.
Step 2
Wash the wings, remove the last phalanges and put them in the bag with the sauce.
Step 3
Mix well and allow to marinate.
Step 4
Place on a rack and grill, or grill in the oven.
Step 5
For the sauce: mix cheeses in a blender with mayonnaise. Serve wings with cheese sauce.
