We replaced the usual sausage and ham with a seafood cocktail and added a dash of ketchup and cognac to the dressing. You can boil a little more vegetables and make olivier in two variants

Step 1
Boil carrots, potatoes and eggs, peel and finely dice.
Step 2
Peel the apple and, together with the cucumbers, cut into small cubes. Add the seafood and peas.
Step 3
Mix mayonnaise with ketchup, paprika, cognac and dress the salad. Season to taste with salt.
You can do with just mussels or shrimp. Before serving, garnish the salad with a slice of lemon.
