Ingredients


For 0.5 liters of tea:
classic green tea 1.5 tsp.
orange peels 1 handful
ginger root 3 cm
fresh mint 1-2 sprigs
honey to taste
cinnamon sticks optional

Instructions


Step 1

Rinse the teapot with boiling water and brew the tea in it. Allow the tea to steep for a few minutes.

Step 2

Meanwhile, cut the ginger into small pieces. If you like a more intense ginger flavor, it is better to grate the ginger rather than cut it.

Step 3

Add a pinch of orange peels, ginger slices and mint leaves to each cup.

Step 4

Pour green tea over the mixture, let steep for 2-3 minutes and serve with honey and cinnamon sticks.
