Eggs baked with Cherry Soft-boiled, hard-boiled, fried or as an omelet.... It would seem that such a product from childhood chicken eggs. But few people know that just one chicken egg contains more than a dozen vitamins and minerals (A, B2, B6, B12, E, D, K, iron, iodine, calcium, sodium, magnesium, zinc, folic acid, phosphorus, riboflavin, etc.). That's why, today on Dasha's menu we have Eggs with ham and cherry tomatoes!

toasted bread 2 slices |
Parmesan cheese |
olive oil |
black pepper |

Step 1
Grind the parmesan in a coffee grinder. Cut circles out of the toasted bread with a glass to fit the size of your baking dishes.
Step 2
Grease the molds with olive oil.
Step 3
Place a slice of ham and a few cherry tomatoes on the bottom of each mold. Beat two eggs into each mold.
Step 4
Season the eggs with black pepper, salt, Parmesan and bake at 160 C until desired doneness.
