Don't like pumpkin porridge? You just haven't tried cooking it according to our recipe! In addition to the traditional rice, we suggest you add millet and more butter. And as a final chord for a unique flavor - Italian parmesan!

Ingredients


pumpkin 250 g
rice 100 g
millet 100 g
milk 4 cups
salt 1 tsp.
butter to taste
FOR SERVING:
Parmesan cheese 50 g
ground pepper to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Cut the pumpkin into small cubes.

Step 2

Put the pumpkin, rice, millet and butter in a saucepan and pour in the milk.

Step 3

Season with a little salt and cook until tender.

Step 4

When serving, if desired, you can add ground pepper and grate Parmesan cheese or any other hard cheese.
