Buckwheat porridge with pork and mushrooms

Familiar and favorite from childhood buckwheat porridge, but not with milk, but with pork and mushrooms!

Ingredients


buckwheat groats 0.5 kg
lean pork 0.5 kg
mushrooms 400 g
carrots 200 g
onion 150 g
garlic 2 cloves
soy sauce 30 ml
vegetable oil 50 ml
TO TASTE:
salt
black pepper
ground coriander and fennel

Instructions


Step 1

Slice the mushrooms and pork, chop the onion, garlic and carrots.

Step 2

Fry one by one in vegetable oil and put into a saucepan.

Step 3

Add salt, spices and soy sauce. Pour boiling water over everything and simmer for 25 minutes.

Step 4

Then pour in the buckwheat and add boiling water to cover the ingredients by 2 centimeters.

Step 5

Cook at a low temperature for 20 minutes. Bon appetit.
