A hearty dinner in the form of casserole with buckwheat, ground beef and mushrooms
| boiled buckwheat 0.5 kg |
| onions 150 g |
| ground beef 0.5 kg |
| mushrooms 300 g |
| soy sauce 25 ml |
| eggs 3 pcs |
| fat sour cream 200 g |
| cream (10%) 100 ml |
| hard cheese 150 g |
| butter 65 g |
| parsley 10 g |
| salt to taste |
| black pepper to taste |
Step 1
Fry the chopped onions and mushrooms in butter. Add the minced meat and fry together for another 5-6 minutes. Add buckwheat, soy sauce, season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Mix in chopped parsley, eggs, sour cream, cream and salt.
Step 3
Transfer buckwheat mixture to a buttered mold, Fill with egg and cream mixture, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 200℃. Enjoy.
