pasta 300 g
butter 100 g
parmesan 100 g
roast sauce

Instructions


Step 1

Put 300 g of Italian pasta into boiling salted water, cook until half cooked on the lightest heat.

Step 2

Then drain the pasta on a colander, let it drain and put the pasta in layers, sprinkling each layer with dry Parmesan cheese and pouring three spoonfuls of roast sauce over it.

Step 3

Put 100 grams of butter on top, cover with a lid, put on the stove, shaking the pot more often to prevent the pasta from burning.

Step 4

From immersing the pasta in boiling water and until serving, it should be cooked and kept on the lowest heat for 1.5 hours.
