 
Flavorful and hearty Georgian lobio with walnuts — for vegetarians
| boiled red beans 600 g | 
| bean broth 300 ml | 
| fresh skinned tomatoes 300 g | 
| onions 150 g | 
| walnuts 120 g | 
| garlic 3 cloves | 
| chili pepper 1 pc | 
| cilantro 20 g | 
| parsley 20 g | 
| wine vinegar 25 ml | 
| vegetable oil 25 ml | 
| TO TASTE: | 
| salt | 
| thyme | 
| hops | 
| fenugreek | 
| ground coriander | 
| black pepper | 
Step 1
Grind the nuts with the garlic and half of the bean broth in a blender.
Step 2
Fry the chopped onion and chili pepper in vegetable oil.
Step 3
Add the diced tomatoes, vinegar, salt and spices. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Then add the beans, nut mixture, remaining bean broth and chopped herbs.
Step 5
Stir and braise for 3-4 minutes. Enjoy.
