 
The queen of apple pies — tender apple charlotte
| sweet-sour apples 1 kg | 
| wheat flour 250 g | 
| eggs 4 pcs | 
| sugar 150 g | 
| vanilla sugar 20 g | 
| classic yogurt 150 g | 
| leavening agent 10 g | 
| melted butter 80 g | 
| powdered sugar 10 g | 
| cinnamon 1 tsp. | 
| juice of ¼ lemon | 
| salt pinch | 
Step 1
Leave two apples with the peel on, peel and dice the rest, drizzle with lemon juice and mix.
Step 2
For the batter, combine the eggs with the vanilla and regular sugar. Beat with a mixer. Add the oil and yogurt and beat again.
Step 3
Sift in the flour and baking powder, add the salt, mix with the mixer until smooth.
Step 4
Put the apples into the batter, mix and pour into a parchment-lined mold.
Step 5
Slice the peeled apples into thin slices and overlap them on top.
Step 6
Bake the charlotte at 180 degrees for 50-60 minutes, then let cool.
