Original puff pastry pie with vegetables and hollandaise sauce

SAUCE: |
yolks 5 pcs |

white dry wine 50 ml |

Step 1
Combine the yolks with the wine, lemon juice, salt and sugar, place in a steam bath and stir until smooth. Pour in the melted butter in a thin stream, mix well and remove from the steam bath.
Step 2
Boil the broccoli florets in salted water until al dente.
Step 3
Dust the table with flour and roll out the dough to a size slightly larger than the mold.
Step 4
Place a tin in the center of the mold, then stretch the dough over the sides. Spread half the sauce over the bottom, then place the broccoli, green beans and corn.

Season with salt, provan herbs and black pepper. Drizzle with the remaining sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
