An easy appetizer - cream of cheese with seasonal tomatoes and crispy croutons

assorted tomatoes 200 g |
garlic 1 clove |
basil leaves 10 g |
olive oil 40 ml |

black pepper to taste |
Step 1
Combine the cheese, cream, and black pepper and beat with a blender.
Step 2
Mix the chopped tomatoes with the crushed garlic and salt.
Step 3
Arrange the cheese cream, tomatoes, olive oil and basil leaves on a plate.
