Step 1
Cut the meat into medium cubes and fry until browned in vegetable oil. Add the fried onions, salt, pour boiling water over the meat, cover with a lid and braise on medium heat for 3 and a half hours.
Step 2
Cut the crust off the bread, crumble the crumb and add to the meat. Stir. Then add tomato paste, prunes, honey, lemon zest and juice. Stir. Add cloves, bay leaf, pepper, put a cinnamon stick, mix well again and let stand for 5 minutes. Then serve.
