water 800 ml
honey to taste
sugar to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Beat the currants with a blender until homogeneous, then rub the resulting mass through a sieve.

Step 2

Put the cake in a saucepan, pour water and bring to a boil. After that, let cool down to room temperature.

Step 3

Strain the broth through a sieve, combine with currant puree, add honey/sugar and stir. Serve cold.
