| apricots 100 g |
| raisins 50 g |
| dates (seedless) 50 g |
| butter 80 g |
| vegetable oil 20 ml |

Step 1
Pour boiling water over the almonds, cover and leave for 15 minutes. Then peel off the skins.
Step 2
Boil the rice until half-cooked.
Step 3
Chop dates and apricots and fry in butter together with raisins and almonds for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Then add the rice, black pepper, salt, chili pepper, cinnamon, cloves, chopped basil and mix.
Step 5
Stuff the chicken with the rice, dried fruit and nuts and tie with toothpicks.
Step 6
Salt, pepper, pour vegetable oil and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 1.5 hours.
Step 7
If desired, serve with a subgarnish of rice, garnished with basil. Bon appetit.
