dry yeast 4 g |
warm milk 140 ml |

FILLING: |
cottage cheese 300 g |
raisins 40 g |
sugar 50 g |
vanilla sugar 10 g |
Step 1
Mix the milk with the yeast and sugar. Add sifted flour, yolk and egg. Knead the dough. Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
Step 2
Pour boiling water over the raisins and leave for 30 minutes. Then dry.
Step 3
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, add the raisins, sugar, vanilla sugar and mix.
Step 4
Dust the table with flour, knead the dough, divide into 6 parts. Form balls, place on a parchment-lined baking tray and flatten slightly.
Step 5
Grease the bottom of the tin with vegetable oil and use it to make hollows in the tortillas. Then fill them with the cottage cheese mixture.
Step 6
Brush the cakes with egg yolk and leave to rise for 15 minutes.
Step 7
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180℃. Enjoy.
