| bacon 12-14 pieces |
| vegetable oil 15 ml |
| salt to taste |

| paprika to taste |

| GLAZURE: |
| apricot jam 100 g |
| mustard seed 25 g |
| lemon juice 25 ml |
| salt to taste |
| black pepper to taste |
| oregano to taste |
Step 1
Combine all ingredients for the glaze.
Step 2
Season the meat with salt, paprika, dried garlic, pepper, wrap in bacon and fry in vegetable oil on all sides until browned.
