Pork tenderloin in a bacon and apricot jam glaze.

Ingredients


pork loin (300 g each) 2 pieces
bacon 12-14 pieces
vegetable oil 15 ml
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
paprika to taste
dried garlic to taste
GLAZURE:
apricot jam 100 g
mustard seed 25 g
lemon juice 25 ml
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
oregano to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Combine all ingredients for the glaze.

Step 2

Season the meat with salt, paprika, dried garlic, pepper, wrap in bacon and fry in vegetable oil on all sides until browned.

Step 3

Then transfer to a mold, smear with glaze and bake at 190 C for 15 minutes. Bon appetit!
