GLAZURE: |
apricot jam 100 g |
mustard seed 25 g |
lemon juice 25 ml |

Step 1
Combine all ingredients for the glaze.
Step 2
Season the meat with salt, paprika, dried garlic, pepper, wrap in bacon and fry in vegetable oil on all sides until browned.
