Original Mexican appetizer nachos with roast ground beef and vegetable salsa
| ground beef 300 g |
| bacon 100 g |
| Salted nachos (or chips) 200 g |
| bryndza 120 g |
| vegetable oil 30 ml |
| salt, black pepper to taste |
| SALSA: |
| tomatoes 200 g |
| jalapeño pepper 1 pc |
| red onion 50 g |
| avocado 1 pc |
| cilantro 15 g |
| salt, lime juice to taste |
Step 1
Fry the chopped bacon in the oil. Add the beef and stir-fry for another 6-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, stir and allow to cool.
Step 2
Prepare the salsa. Chop and combine the tomatoes, avocado, onion, chili pepper and cilantro. Season with salt, add lime juice and stir to combine.
Step 3
Put the chips in a large bowl, add the fried mince and bacon, salsa and chunks of cheese. Enjoy!
