Have you ever noticed that it's very important to children what food looks like and is called? A brightly colored, colorful dish, and even one with the wonderful name paella, is guaranteed to be much more successful than the usual rice and chicken meat.

Ingredients

rice 200 g
half a yellow, orange and red pepper each (wash and chop)
chicken fillet (wash and chop)
a handful of mushrooms (wash and chop)
handful of frozen green peas
handful of corn
handful of mussels
vegetable or chicken stock

Instructions

Step 1

Boil the rice. Saute the peppers in a pan. Add the chicken pieces along with the peas and corn. 10 minutes before cooking add mussels. Mix everything well.

Step 2

Pour in the rice, pour in a little broth to make the paella rich. Stir, season with saffron and let stand for a while.
