| rice 200 g |
| half a yellow, orange and red pepper each (wash and chop) |
| chicken fillet (wash and chop) |
| a handful of mushrooms (wash and chop) |
| handful of frozen green peas |
| handful of corn |
| handful of mussels |
| vegetable or chicken stock |
Step 1
Boil the rice. Saute the peppers in a pan. Add the chicken pieces along with the peas and corn. 10 minutes before cooking add mussels. Mix everything well.
Step 2
Pour in the rice, pour in a little broth to make the paella rich. Stir, season with saffron and let stand for a while.
