Eggplant with ham and cheese

The next discovery will please both taste and look, and it's easy to prepare and it's a hot eggplant appetizer with ham and cheese.

Ingredients


large eggplant 1 pc
ham 80 g
hard cheese 80 g
butter 50 g
breadcrumbs 1 tbsp.
parmesan crumbs 1 tbsp.
curly parsley 10 g
salt to taste
dried garlic to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Cut the eggplants in half lengthwise. Make longitudinal incisions in each half. Season with salt, leave for 15 minutes, then rinse and dry.

Step 2

Melt the butter, add the dried garlic and stir.

Step 3

Place the eggplants in a baking dish. Stuff with slices of cheese and ham, brush with garlic butter.

Step 4

Mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan crumbs and chopped parsley. Sprinkle this mixture over the eggplants and drizzle with the remaining oil.

Step 5

Bake for 20-25 minutes at 200°C. Bon appetit!
