ham 80 g |
hard cheese 80 g |
butter 50 g |
breadcrumbs 1 tbsp. |
parmesan crumbs 1 tbsp. |
curly parsley 10 g |
salt to taste |
dried garlic to taste |
Step 1
Cut the eggplants in half lengthwise. Make longitudinal incisions in each half. Season with salt, leave for 15 minutes, then rinse and dry.
Step 2
Melt the butter, add the dried garlic and stir.
Step 3
Place the eggplants in a baking dish. Stuff with slices of cheese and ham, brush with garlic butter.
Step 4
Mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan crumbs and chopped parsley. Sprinkle this mixture over the eggplants and drizzle with the remaining oil.
Step 5
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 200°C. Bon appetit!
