sugar 15 g |
softened butter 40 g |
eggs 2 pcs |
yolks 2 pcs |

FILLING: |
onions 100 g |
leek 80 g |
mushrooms 400 g |
smoked brisket 150 g |
thyme 5 sprigs |
vegetable oil 20 ml |

Step 1
Mix milk, sugar, yeast and 150 grams of flour. Cover with a towel, leave in a warm place for 40 minutes.
Step 2
After this time, add the remaining sifted flour, eggs, butter and salt. Knead the dough. Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 2 hours.
Step 3
Chop the leeks, onions, brisket and mushrooms. Fry in vegetable oil until cooked. Add salt, dried garlic, black pepper and thyme leaves. Stir and allow the filling to cool.
Step 4
Bomb the dough and roll it out on a flour-dusted table into a rectangle, 3-4 millimeters thick.
Step 5
With 5 centimeters from the edge, place the filling. Roll up into a tight roll and divide it into 8 pieces. Pinch the edges of each patty and press on one side at the pinch point to form a hollow.
Step 6
Place the patties on a parchment-lined baking tray. Brush with egg yolk.
Step 7
Bake for 25 minutes at 200℃. Enjoy.
