One batch makes 7 pieces. All handmade. No kitchen techniques were used, so that the paski would receive the warmth of the soul and the spirit of the holiday.

Step 1
First you will need 3 eggs, 1 cup of sugar and 100 grams of melted butter. All this mixture should be thoroughly whipped.

Pour a liter of milk into the mixture, add a pack of vanilla sugar and grind 100 grams of yeast.

Toss in the flour in small portions.
Step 4
When the dough is ready, cover it with a towel and let it stand for about 30 minutes. If you experiment with lemon and orange zest, you get a fresh, fragrant paska with the smell of fruit.
Step 5
All the paskas are put in the oven at the same time. And then carefully make sure they don't stick. Bake for about 40 minutes.
