 
Curd Easter is easy to prepare. All the ingredients are rubbed together, mixed thoroughly and put into a mold. The main thing to know is that without good cottage cheese you will not get a tasty Easter, so pay special attention to its choice.
| cottage cheese 1 kg | 
| butter 400 g | 
| yolks 6 pcs | 
| sugar 2 cups | 
| vanilla to taste | 
| lemon zest to taste | 
Step 1
Rub the curd thoroughly through a sieve. If your curd is a bit runny, wrap it in gauze and put it under a press for a few hours.
Step 2
Rub the butter, sugar and yolks together. Add to the curd and mix thoroughly. Add vanilla and lemon zest to taste.
Step 3
Place the mixture in a mold. Cover with cheesecloth and place under a press in a cold place for 6-8 hours.
