On Prince William and Kate Middleton's wedding day, we're cooking lamb in the British style
lamb (steak or on the bone)
carrots (cut into slices)
Asparagus (cut off the rough ends)
spinach
spices
salt
pepper
vegetable oil
GRAVY SAUCE:
whiskey 100-150 g
flour 1,5-2 tbsp.
Worcestershire sauce
Step 1
Season meat with dry herbs and fry in vegetable oil. Salt and pepper. Place the meat on a wooden surface and let it rest for a while.
Step 2
Pour whiskey into the pan where the lamb was fried. After a few minutes, add the flour, stirring with a whisk so that there are no lumps. The flour can be mixed in a glass with a little water and then poured into the skillet. Add a little Worcestershire sauce. The gravy should be a little thick.
Step 3
Boil the carrots and asparagus. Fry the spinach in a pan and add a little butter.
Step 4
Put the meat and vegetables on a dish. Serve with sauce.
