You know the joke about the saddest dish in the world? It is mashed potatoes, because they always look so depressed. We decided to cheer up our mashed potatoes a bit and add a drop of bright colors to them.

Ingredients


potatoes 6 pcs
onion 1 pc
paprika 1 tsp.
sour cream 200 g
sunflower oil
salt
pepper

Instructions


Step 1

Finely chop onions and fry in vegetable oil. Mix well with the paprika, add the sour cream. Stir again and keep on the heat for a few minutes.

Step 2

Peel potatoes, boil and mashed potato. Add the dressing, salt, pepper and mix everything thoroughly.

For mashed potatoes, choose potato varieties that mashed potato well. You can add herbs, nutmeg, grated cheese.
