cottage cheese 1/2 kg |

walnuts 1/2 cup |

FOR THE GLAZE: |
powdered sugar 1 cup |
a little lemon juice |
vanilla pod 1/2 cup |
Step 1
Soften the butter, taking it out of the refrigerator beforehand. Rinse the raisins thoroughly. Chop the walnuts in a blender.
Step 2
Grind the cottage cheese, add the softened butter to the cottage cheese mixture and mix everything thoroughly.
Step 3
Beat the eggs with sugar. Stir the starch, vanilla and zest into the beaten eggs, stirring constantly.
Step 4
Add the eggs beaten with sugar and starch to the cottage cheese mixture and mix again thoroughly.
Step 5
Add the raisins and walnuts to the mixture and mix gently.
Step 6
Fill the pre-greased olive oiled mold about halfway full.
Step 7
Bake the Easter for 40 minutes (depending on the size of the molds) at a temperature of 180 C.
Step 8
For the glaze, mix the powdered sugar, lemon juice and vanilla seeds with a whisk. Coat the curd Easter cakes and decorate with marzipan flowers.
