Everyone knows liver cake! But today we offer to prepare a lighter version of the appetizer cake - rabbit pancake cake with carrots and eggs!

Step 1
Prepare minced rabbit meat.
Step 2
Prepare the carrot and onion puree. Pour into the minced meat, add milk, eggs and flour. Stir, add salt, pepper and bake pancakes in vegetable oil.
Step 3
Cut out squares from the finished pancakes. Peel hard-boiled eggs and separate the yolk from the white. Grate separately on a fine grater.
Step 4
Place the square pancake on a plate. Grease with sour cream and place a layer of egg white.
Step 5
Place several more pancakes in the same way.
Step 6
Brush the last square pancake with sour cream and place a layer of egg yolk.
Step 7
Decorate with a slice of carrot and thyme sprigs.
