No one is surprised by radishes in a salad or okroshka. But fried radish with egg and paprika is very much so! Shall we make it?
| radish 100 g |
| eggs 1-2 pcs |
| sour cream 2-3 tbsp. |
| olive oil |
| ground paprika |
| salt |
| black pepper |
| loaf 1-2 slices |
| Provencal herbs |
Step 1
Slice the radishes and sauté in olive oil for 3 to 5 minutes. Add the ground paprika.
Step 2
Beat the egg in a bowl and pour the egg mixture over the radishes. Stir, add a couple tablespoons of sour cream and cook for 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Drizzle a slice of loaf with olive oil, sprinkle with Provencal herbs and bake until crispy. Serve with roasted radishes.
