If you like it spicy, then this is the dish for you! Chili con carne, or simply chili with meat, is one of the most popular dishes in Mexican and Texas cuisine. But the highlight of it is the chocolate, which is added at the very end.

Step 1
Prepare the meat. Baste the meat with cling film. For chili con carne, you can grind the meat in a meat grinder, but it is better to baste and slice thinly.

Turn on the multicooker. Add salt and pepper to the meat. And now the spices. Coriander, paprika, which is very much loved in Mexico, but not as much as hot chili peppers, even the name - Chili con carne, that is chili peppers with meat, not the other way around. It's supposed to be very spicy. Don't forget the cinnamon. Every cook knows that cinnamon only emphasizes the flavor of meat. Fry the meat in a multicooker. Add vegetable oil and transfer the meat to the multicooker.

While the meat starts to fry — chop the onion. You can cut it in half rings, rings, whatever you like. Transfer the onions to the meat in the multicooker. And now our meat and onions will fry for 10 minutes.

After you need to add a sprig of thyme, bay leaf, tomatoes in their own juice (without skin), and tomato juice. Cook for 40 minutes. At the end, add a few chocolate cubes and a can of beans.
