Mayan leaders liked to drink this drink in the morning, hot chocolate with chili pepper gave them strength and vigor! We suggest you to try the effect of this wonderful drink by preparing it for breakfast.

Ingredients


dark chocolate 150 g
cream (10%) 250 ml
brandy 20 ml
fresh chili pepper 1 pod
dried chili pepper 1 pod
cinnamon 1 stick
brown sugar 12 tbsp.

Instructions


Step 1

Finely chop or grate the dark chocolate.

Step 2

Pour the cream into a saucepan, add the cinnamon stick and the peeled chili pepper. Heat without boiling over medium heat.

Step 3

Reduce heat to low, add the chocolate and cook, stirring constantly, until all the chocolate has melted.

Step 4

Remove the hot chocolate from the stove. Remove the cinnamon stick and chili pepper. Add sugar, brandy and pour into cups.

Step 5

Grind the dried chili pepper in a coffee grinder and sprinkle over the hot chocolate.
