Button cookies
There are all kinds of cookies! Ginger men, all kinds of figures, and just squares and circles. Another idea is to bake cookies in the form of buttons. Not only children will like this kind of baking, believe me!
Ingredients
| flour 200 g |
| butter 100 g |
| sugar 80 g |
| egg yolks 2 pcs |
| vanilla sugar 2 tsp. |
| cocoa 1-2 tsp. |
Instructions
Step 1
Knead the dough by beating the soft butter with the yolks, vanilla and regular sugar. Gradually introduce the flour, each time kneading with a spoon. divide the dough into 2 parts and add cocoa to the order. Knead thoroughly, wrap the dough in food wrap and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Roll out the prepared dough and use a glass to cut out circles. With a small plastic lid, press the circles slightly, imitating the shape of buttons. Use a plastic tube to make holes in the buttons.
Step 3
Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in the microwave on the appropriate setting.
Step 4
Cool slightly and thread onto a thick string. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
